How long does it normally take from accepting the quotation to starting work?
Our current booking period is around 2-4 weeks. We can start small jobs on short notice. However, larger jobs need to be booked into our schedule in advance.
Can Surepaint™ commercial painters work at the same time with other associated trades?
Yes we can however we would prefer to complete your painting project without delays. The best way to do that is to schedule the work of other trades before (or after) our commercial painters completion.
Does Surepaint™ professional painters work outside of normal business hours?
Yes, our painting team can work outside of normal business hours. Please let us know if you need us to work nights and/or weekends so we can discuss this at the initial stages of planning your commercial painting project.
How do you sign off the completion at the end of the project?
Together with you, our production manager will do a final walk-through inspection to make sure that everything is completed correctly as per your commercial painting quotation. If you see anything that we need to fix, we can do that right away. Then we can ask you to sign off on your painting project’s completion.
What happens to leftover paint?
We label tins of leftover paint from your painting project. You can store these for future touch-ups in case your new paint is accidentally damaged.
What are your payment terms?
Commercial painting terms are generally 7 days from invoice issue. However, if you need 30 days from the date of invoice issue, we can arrange the paperwork to open a commercial account for you.
Can you quote from plans?
Yes we can. However, such quotations may not be 100% accurate and we highly recommend a site visit.
At this point in time we currently do not undertake projects for builders or any new construction projects.
What’s your commercial painting project warranty period?
10 years from the date of completion.
We offer an industry-leading warranty that all paints we apply won’t blister, flake or peel for 10 years and if they do we will fix it free of charge.

We can complete all commercial painting projects for anything under 3 stories.
How do you manage safety?
Our commercial painting teams are all headed by a skilled painting foreman which adheres to strict safe work practices. On top of this our production manager makes regular site visits to ensure safety guidelines are followed in our painting process.
Do you supply scaffolding and height access equipment?
Yes. Our painting team supplies all relevant height access equipment from aluminium scaffold through elevated work platforms to ensure we complete commercial projects on safely.
